Each year the Berlin Lions Club and the Berlin Lions Charities host various events throughout the year.

Wine and Beer Tasting Event

After a three years hiatus, the Berlin Lions Charities and Berlin Spirits will be hosting their 12th Annual Wine, Beer, and Spirit Tasting. This event has been one that many have looked forward to and now that we’re back it will surely provide for a fantastic evening, filled with music and merriment. The evenings sampling pleasure’s will highlight, local breweries along with a large variety of wines that are sure to please your palate, additionally we’ll provide select spirits that should boost your spirits!

Berlin Luminaries for Veterans

Support our veterans by purchasing a luminary to display during Veterans Week 2022. 100% of the cost of the luminary goes to veterans in the Berlin community.

Berlin Fair

Since 1949, The Berlin Lions Club has operated the Berlin Fair and it has been the main event in town ever since. The fair takes place the weekend of the first Sunday in October of every year and marks the end of Connecticut’s Agricultural Fair Season. Each year brings new and exciting things to the Berlin Fair. If you have never visited, we invite you to stop by and see one of Connecticut’s largest Agricultural Fairs.

VIP Fishing Tournament

The Berlin Lions are host the annual Junior and Senior Visually Impaired Persons (VIP) Fishing Tournaments at Sage Park in Berlin. There is no charge to register and attend either of the tournaments. A light breakfast, fishing poles, bait, lunch, and awards are provided. We promote a “catch and release” policy.
